The project consists of construction inspection for the 3P Policy, Designed Overlay, ADA Improvements, Traffic Improvements and Traffic Signal Modernization on Rte. 9 in Bloomington.
Work includes performing on-site inspection, layout including design changes, providing construction layout when not provided for in the contract plans, prepare records, maintain documentation, submit pay estimates, change orders and any other duties that would require the services of an engineer to complete this project.

AEC provided Resident Engineering Services, project documentation, material coordination and construction inspection.
American Engineering Consultants, Inc., as a Prime Consultant, provided construction inspection and project documentation services on various projects at various locations in District One. Contracts include 62N80: Willow Rd (Landwehr Rd to West of IL43 (Waukegan Rd) SMART Overlay and ADA improvements and electrical work (Traffic Signal), 62F39: Golf Rd (College Dr. to East River Rd). drainage retaining wall, standard overlay. 62J30: IL RTE 19 (Irving Park) at Wise Rd., Intersection improvement & Traffic Signal Modernization.
Also worked on close out tasks for contracts 62P32, 62L89, 62N74, 62R17 62D51.
